Refund & Return Policy
Physical Products (TV Boxes & Accessories)
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Digital Products (IPTV Subscriptions & App Activations)
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds for IPTV subscriptions or app activations once they are processed. However, if you experience issues, our support team is available to assist you.
